1st Formations promises to complete the company formation process within 24 hours, but it's been 9 days since I submitted my application — and still no progress. I’ve contacted their support team multiple times. Each time, I was told the issue would be resolved “within 24 hours.” But nothing has changed. No meaningful updates, no real transparency. This delay has not only wasted my time but also impacted my plans to launch my business. If you're looking for a reliable and time-sensitive service, I cannot recommend this company. Their marketing is misleading, and customer support has failed to deliver on their promises.
