I purchased 4 cross stitch charts but one was incorrect. I contacted customer service, gave my order number and explained what had happened. I was told to keep the incorrect chart and was issued a refund. Love 123 stitch. Will definitely be using them for my cross stitch supplies and patterns.
This place is really great. I decided to try them because I don’t want to support Amazon any more. I purchased a book, thread and fabric. Everything arrived exactly when order tracking said it would, carefully and perfectly packed. Shipping was $3.49 which is very reasonable. I will shop here again. It’s a small business, so you might not receive your purchases as quickly as Amazon, but the quality and care are worth it.

The sheer lack of communication about delays is astounding. You would think you would at least be informed as to why an order has been sitting for a week "ready to ship"....no response from customer service. Edit: The day after I wrote this, I got a response from CS saying that they have been having delays from n influx of orders, and my order would ship today. This is understandable, but maybe put some sort of notice on the site, so that people can go elsewhere when they need something within a short time frame.

This used to be a great shop. Customer service was awesome but an order i made a month ago has not had a tracking update for 3 weeks and ive been told to wait since it was the holidays. Two weeks have passed and there hasn't been any change in status or a response
